By creating an account and using FORGE you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02The Service

FORGE provides an AI-powered fitness coaching application. Features include personalised workout programmes, AI coaching, nutrition guidance, session logging, and progress tracking.

FORGE is for informational and fitness purposes only. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. Consult a doctor before beginning any new exercise programme, particularly if you have injuries or health conditions.

03Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use FORGE.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information.
• One account per person.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

04Subscriptions and Billing

• FORGE offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features.
• No credit card is required to start a trial.
• After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using FORGE.
• Prices are shown in CHF (Swiss Francs) and include applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions automatically renew each month or year depending on your plan.
• You can cancel at any time from your Account settings.
• Billing is handled by Stripe.

05Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• 30-day money-back guarantee. Email support@klemforge.com within 30 days of your first charge and we refund it in full.
• There are no conditions attached. You do not have to have logged a workout, used the AI coach, or reached any goal. You do not have to give a reason. How much or how little you used FORGE makes no difference.
• The guarantee applies to your first paid subscription. Later billing periods are not refunded — cancel before a renewal to avoid being charged for it.
• Trial periods carry no charge, so there is nothing to refund.

06Emails We Send

There are two kinds, and they are separate.

• Service email. Account confirmation, password reset, subscription and billing notices, and a 7-day onboarding sequence explaining the trial you have started. Every account receives these — they are part of providing the service, not marketing, and they cannot be switched off while your account is open.
• Marketing email. Training tips and offers. Sent only if you tick the separate, optional marketing box when you sign up. Leave it unticked and you receive none.

You can turn marketing email on or off at any time in the Account panel, or through the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Doing so does not affect your service email.

Email is delivered by Mailchimp. Our Privacy Policy sets out what they receive.

07Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use FORGE for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' data.
• Reverse engineer or copy the service.
• Share your account with others.
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the service.

08Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in FORGE is owned by or licensed to Kevin Klem / FORGE. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

09Your Content

Workout logs, goals, and other data you enter remain yours. By using FORGE you grant us a licence to use this data to provide and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

10Disclaimer of Warranties

FORGE is provided "as is". We make no warranties about uninterrupted availability, accuracy of AI-generated content, or fitness outcomes. AI coaching responses are generated automatically and may not always be appropriate for your specific situation.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FORGE and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice for material changes.

13Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
